Hi, I’m Alyssa

I am a South Dakota based caricature artist and illustrator. After receiving my bachelor’s degree in illustration from Indiana Wesleyan University, I returned home to the South Dakota Prairie where I have been honing my craft for the last decade.

My goal is to bring joy to others through my art, and I am inspired by the many faces I get to draw! I specialize in live event drawing for events of all kinds, as well as custom digital caricatures (people, pets, epic moments, etc.). When I am not making memories at live events, you can often find me drawing at Storybook Island, a nonprofit attraction park in Rapid City South Dakota.

I love spending time in my studio creating caricatures, illustrations for children’s stories, and portraits. I enjoy working traditionally with pen and paper, and digitally with Procreate & Photoshop.
